Trying to record any teeniest bits of inspiration

As I am actually managing to organise my work area and sift through all the hoarded crap and even throw away stuff (amazing myself), the next thing to do is to get back into the habit of recording any of those fleeting moments of oh so precious inspiration. Its weird how they happen , how randomly things pop into my head at random times, I've even been known to hop out of bed to scribble something down on the nearest available bit of paper). How it happens kind of reminds me of when I'm desperately trying to remember something, like someone's name, and how I just give up only to have it suddenly force its way into my brain three days later when I no longer even care, 'yeah, its Sharron, - duh', right, thanks. So when this happens in a more creative way, I really, really ought to make a note because my menopausal slug of a brain simply cannot remember anything without serious help.

When I was on my art degree course a couple of years ago, I always had some sort of paper upon my person on which to scribble.

I might also use these to just doodle away for awhile, I think it can be good to sometimes simply doodle away with it on your knee whilst also binge watching some **** on netflix! I think the psychology here is that there really is no pressure, it's only a scribble , only in a little cheap notebook that will never see the light of day to the world at large!

In this last one above you can see I've even added some instructions to myself knowing I'm likely to forget later . . . .
